TRAINING
THE CHAPIN PUP CLUB IS EXCITED TO LAUNCH OUR NEW TRAINING PROGRAMS
Our mission at the Pup Club is to utilize our facility and team members to offer affordable training for pups of all ages. Our Daycare Director and Trainer, Aleah Cromer, joined the Pup Club team in January of this year and brings a wealth of knowlege and experience with her. Aleah carries certifications from the International Association of Canine Professionals and the National K-9 School for Dog Trainers. Durng this education Aleah gained extensive experience working all different types of pups. In addition to training, Aleah also operated her own grooming business. This daily interaction with dogs of all shapes, sizes and temperments made her into a well-rounded trainer that really understands dog behaviors and how to correct or improve them. Aleah is currently on the wait list to gain her AKC certification and looks forward to continue to grow as a trainer. We plan on offering three different ways to get your training:
1. Private One-On-One lessons
2. Daycare Training Sessions
(Our most popular option!)
3. Group Programs

Training Packages
Private Sessions

One-on-One Training with you, your pet and Aleah. Additional family members are welcome to join. During these sessions Aleah can work on any behavior that needs help. She'll create a plan of action for your pet that will include hourly training sessions at the Club and homework for you to do on your own. Each program can be designed to fit your schedule and budget.
Hourly Sessions - $45
Daycare Training Packages
Our Most Popular Option!
With this option you get to drop off your pet with us in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon. A full day of daycare is included in the training package. During the day your pup will have 2-3 breakout sessions to work on their indidual training (a total of 1 hour of training). This will allow Aleah to reinforce the training several times through the session, as well as throughout the day while they are participating in daycare. You can schedule one of our specific training programs listed below, or she can work on specific issues your pup might be having.

Daily Session - $59
Group Packages

Our group packages are designed to help pups complete a specific course in a group setting. At the end of the course each pup will receive a Graduation Certificate!! These packages will be conducted on specific days and times each week. This package will include training sessions at the Club and homework for you to do on your own. Please watch for packages to be posted in the near future. Each package will have a specific cost based on the number of sessions it contains.

To Be Determined
Puppy Training Package

This program will shape and prepare your puppy for the future in becoming a good and well behaved dog. This provides the foundation they need for everything moving foward. We want your puppy to be successful in our program and the most important part to their success will be the work and reinforcement you do at home. It's a team effort!
In this program, ideally there should be two sessions per week for roughly 4-8 weeks (with homework). This can be done as private one-on-one lessons, or you can utilize our daycare training packages. The daycare option is really beneficial for puppies, because they also get to learn how to socialize and play with other pups in a group setting. This will come in handy when you go to a dog park, or walk the neighborhood.

This includes:

BENEFITS OF DAYCARE FOR YOUR DOG
Dog daycare offers numerous benefits for dogs, including socialization, physical exercise, mental stimulation, and a structured routine. It can also help alleviate separation anxiety, prevent destructive behaviors, and reduce stress for pet owners.
Here's a more detailed look at the benefits:
For the Dog:
• Socialization: Daycare provides opportunities for dogs to interact with other dogs in a safe and supervised environment, helping them develop social skills and confidence.
• Exercise: Many daycares offer ample space for dogs to run, play, and burn off excess energy, contributing to their physical health.
• Mental Stimulation: The interactions and activities at daycare provide mental stimulation, keeping dogs engaged and entertained.
• Routine: A regular schedule at daycare can provide structure and consistency in a dog's daily life.
• Reduced Separation Anxiety: Being around other dogs and staff throughout the day can help alleviate separation anxiety in dogs when their owners are away.
• Prevent Destructive Behavior: When dogs are bored or lonely, they may resort to destructive behaviors like chewing or barking. Daycare provides an outlet for their energy and boredom, reducing the likelihood of these behaviors.
• Safe and Supervised Playtime: Quality daycares have trained staff who monitor play sessions to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs.
• Better Behavioral Skills: Interaction with other dogs and staff can help dogs learn and improve their communication and social skills.
• Improved Quality of Life: By providing physical exercise, mental stimulation, and social interaction, daycare can significantly improve a dog's overall quality of life.
For the Owner:
• Reduced Stress: Knowing that your dog is in a safe and supervised environment can alleviate stress and worry for pet owners.
• Peace of Mind: Daycare can provide peace of mind for owners who need to be away from home for extended periods, knowing their dog is well cared for.
