Luxury Overnight Accommodations

At the Chapin Pup Club our mission is to give our pet parents confidence that your beloved dogs are safe, comfortable and being loved on by our staff while they are in our care. Each suite is climate-controlled and contains a raised bed and a TV. They are even insulated for noise reduction to help offer a peaceful reprieve from your typical dog kennel. In addition to our own amenities, you are welcome to bring your dog's favorite toys and blankets.

As for sanitation, our facility features polyaspartic flooring and antimicrobial, PVC wall panels. These wall panels are typically found in hospitals and health care facilities because they are, durable,  easy to clean and resistant to mold and bacteria. In addition, we utilize antimicrobial cleaners and all of the air that flows through our HVAC systems is treated with a UV light to eliminate germs.

We have three different sizes of suites for you to choose from. During their stay all of our boarding clients will be taken out to play and exercise four times per day, or you can even sign up for a session in our daycare facility. Please see our rates below and feel free to schedule a tour!

Chapin Pup Club offers three sizes of luxury suites. The first step is to look into the size of room you want to reserve. Second, create your account with us either on our app or over the phone. The last step is to request your reservation that staff can approve. It's that easy!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS & RATES

  1. The Chapin Pup Club is open for boarding drop offs from 7am-10am & 4pm-6pm. Pick ups are from 7am-10am or from 4-6pm for an extra $25 charge (late checkout). 

  2. Second/Third dog in the same suite is $25 extra per dog, per night.

  3. Want them to come home fresh? Exit bath is $15 small/medium dogs and $25 for dogs over 35 lbs (at the discretion of our staff).

  4. Need a nail trim? Nail trim and grind is $12.

  5. Pet parents please bring enough food for your dog's stay in pre-portioned meals to ensure your pup gets the right amount. Toys, treats and blankets are welcome!

  6. We do accept females in heat for an extra charge of $20 per day.

  7. Please advise us if your dog does not do well with other dogs, so we can let them out individually. 

  8. All dogs must be in good health and up-to-date on their vaccinations. See the list of required vaccinations below. 

  9. We are happy to administer oral or topical medications to your dogs. Please bring the medication in the original prescribed container with the prescription label adhered. These medicines are administered free of charge, but please understand we are not veterinarians. Please advise us of the medicines your dog is taking, as well as any allergies they might have when you make your reservation, so that we can confirm that we can administer it. 

  10. All holiday weekends require a minimum stay.

  11. We accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the reservation without charge. Within 48 hours there will be a charge for 50% of the reservation.

Required Vaccinations​

Vaccinations must be administered one week before boarding. ​You can load up the records through our app, email them to us, or have your Vet email them to us at info@ChapinPupClub.com.
