We are open for drop-offs between 7am-10am and 4pm-6pm seven days per week. We are closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on New Years Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Minimum Stays required during these Holidays.
Our normal pick up time is between 7-10am, but if you need a late check-out a $25 fee will apply and then you can pick up between 4-6pm.
We require your dog to be vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper-Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetalla. Please email them to us at chapinpupclub@gmail.com or you can load them up in the Chapin Pup Club app, once you are registered. Vaccines must be given one week in advance of your reservation.
Yes, please bring in enough food for your dog's stay in pre-portioned serving sizes when possible. You are also welcome to bring in treats, toys, or blankets. We'll take good care of the toys, but depending on how your dog uses them, we can't guarantee they will return in the same condition :)
Only on holiday weekends and it varies with the holiday. Most holidays will require a 3-night minimum stay, but this will appear when you make your reservation.
Yes, we require all daycare dogs to come in for an orientation visit, but once approved your dog can participate in one daycare session for an additional $20 per day. All of our boarding visitors will be taken outside for exercise four times per day in our boarding play area, but involving them in daycare allows them to socialize and play with other like-minded furry friends. Please mention this when making your reservation.
Yes, Thanks for asking. You can download the Chapin Pup Club app in the App Store or on Google Play and handle every aspect of your reservation right from the convenience of your phone. We'll also send pictures and updates during your stay through the app.
Yes, each individual area is fenced-in and then there is an additional perimeter fence around the entire property.
Yes, our staff can administer oral and topical medicines, as well as insulin injections. There is no extra charge for this, but please advise us at the time of your reservation.
